HP Composites SpA, based in Ascoli Piceno in the Campolungo industrial area, is a leader in the advanced composite materials market. The company carries out its business in the production and marketing of advanced composite materials and equipment, mainly intended for the automotive and motorsport sectors, as well as for the aerospace, nautical, luxury and industrial sectors. The production activity is flanked, with a strategic and know-how character, also by those of design and research and development.

HP was founded in 2010 as a start-up with a few dozen employees, in a fertile area for the processing of advanced composite materials, becoming today one of the most prosperous companies in the Tronto valley with its five production plants, which cover a total area of 22,000 square meters, and a staff of over 600 employees during peak production periods.

The advanced composite materials industry is very demanding and selective and needs quality suppliers who are responsive, reliable and collaborative at the same time. In this context, HP Composites aims not to be a simple supplier but to become a real partner of its customers, accompanying them through the path in which an idea is transformed into a product that exceeds the greatest expectations.

In this market, a fundamental ingredient is the technical and profound knowledge of raw materials and production technologies. From the choice of fiber sizing to the development of new production technologies and the design of automatic systems, the R&D group works every day both to improve the efficiency of products and production, and to find industrial solutions for the HP of tomorrow.

HP's positioning strategy focuses on support and close collaboration with the customer in the optimal development of product and process innovations in a rapidly evolving market segment, where the ability to research and technological development is a critical success factor. This partnership strategy and capacity is consistent with the company's choice to focus heavily on specialization, rather than on production differentiation or price competition.

By focusing its attention on the technological content of its product and related services (tooling and engineering), HP is able to maintain and increase its strategic advantage in terms of high customer loyalty and creation of added value for its customers, while maintaining a competitive price level.

The company's future goal is to improve its leadership position in the composite materials and technologies sector, as well as become a forerunner of changes through the creation of ever lighter and more efficient structural components also for mass production.
